Yes ! Sometimes known as the Guerin de Coucy. Another promising project that was never realised - the plan was a supercharged staright-8 but it eventually raced a couple of times with what is believed to be a Simca 1100cc engine.

The engine in this photo appears to be a twin-cam straight-8. It certainly isn't a Simca 1100!

Maybe it's a dummy engine for display purposes.
