That was easy!
Said to be a modern interpretation of the Frogeye (Bugeye) Sprite, on which it is based.

First sportscar of any kind that I got to look at close up and ride in at the age of 4 was a Frogeye Sprite, so they are well imprinted in my memory banks! :)

They were a lot of fun.
They even felt fast though the performance by today's standards was laughable!

Interesting bit of nostalgia this one.

In 1959, I roomed with two former schoolmates when I was trying to make some money to go back to University.

One owned a Bug Eye Sprite, one a VW Beetle and I owned a 1959 Fiat 600.

Sadly, only the VW survived and the last I heard from the owner, he still had it about 15 years ago.
