Very good, that's it ! A point for you. The car is actually in Dutch hands now, I spoke to the owner a while ago and saw the car drive... quite a machine. According to the owner it is capable doing over 300 km/h but he said it's really scary driving even over 250 km/h because of all the power in the car. This guy has some other interesting (racing) cars in his collection, one of which is subject to a dispute with a well-known British writer of car books, but more about that later ! Here are some more pics.

Is this the ex-Clemar Bucci car? In which case this was a puzzle PN#506 back in July this year. Or did Volpi make a series of these cars? I know Fangio drove a Ford V8-powered Volpi, but little about these Fuerza Libra cars was ever published in the UK, and they remain largely a mystery.

I know the owner has had contact with Bucci, but I'm not sure if this is one of his cars. And yes, there are also other Volpi's powered by e.g. Maserati and Chevrolet as fas as I know. Couldn't find PN#506 when looking for Volpi by the way, can you PM me the link ?

It seems that the owner of the car was an Argentinian pilot called Nanni, but I couldn't find any additional info. Also it seems that the V16 engine is mated to a pre-war Fiat gearchange!
