I think it's a Ford Ten special built in 1960 by Mr. A. Evans in Wordsley with a self made fiberglass body called Delta.

Tony Evans was the man behind the company but when He showed the car in a letter to a magazine in '59 he signed himself as A. Evans.
Following year the car was advertised as 'Delta'.
In 1979 A. Evans (again) built the Scorpion.
