This was online and for sale recently. The seller had it listed as (some spelling has been corrected):

•   2 liter VW 8 Valve motor

•   Fully modified motor: Head flowed with double valve springs. 288 cam fitted with venier pully. 10mm steel stress plate on block. ARP bolts with turbo conrods. Wildcat performance branch with custom build exhaust system. 40mm Weber side drafts with precision racing air filters. New button clutch fitted.
•   New roof and side windows included.
•   This car is no 19 of only 35 build in the country.
•   All papers and in order

Actually you seem to have more info than I had, as the site where I found it described it as a one-off, so it's interesting to see how many were actually built.
