Woodill Wildfire on, judging by the wheels probably a 1935 Ford V8 chassis?
I thought it looked remarkably like a Glasspar or a Woodill Wildfire too, but the builder claims it as entirely his own design and manufacture.. They often do, though, when really what they mean is they've built an off-the-shelf kit.
But this car has its own completely different name, and there are subtle differences between it and the Woodill or any of the other US boulevard cruisers of the period, though he was clearly inspired by what was available at the time. Incidentally, mentioning Glasspar, I read Bill Tritt sadly died last week, aged over 90.
You're not far out with the base; it's actually a '36 Ford.
