It is a small car, one-off, but not properly home-made.

It is the HTH 200 Roadster, built by Hans Tautenhahn from Hartenstein. It has a 200 cc DKW engine. Hans Tautenhahn was also builder of the Hataz cyclecar (www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=12373). HTH was better known for their motorcycle sidecars, but they built some automobiles, too.

I think some German cars escaped me, but I'm working on it.  ;)

I had this one in stock as a future puzzle.
