Yes, it's a Colli Fiat 1100, but I have a different year and added name for it.
Locked for you to have another look and see if you can come up with it.

On the web I've found the car always described as a Colli 1100 from 1951...  ???
Are you sure about your source?

I'm not 100% sure of the date myself, no.  It, or a similar car, appears on different sites with 4 different years, so it may be that different versions were made in different years.  As far as the name goes, I think that was just the event that the puzzle car took part in and was not part of the name - but it's at the early end of the date range!

I'll lock it for you to look into and see if you can give me the range of dates this car suits and perhaps which one this is definitively, as they all seem to have different windscreens and wheels!
Locked for your reply.

The car is the ex-Franco Ragusa Fiat 1100S Colli.
The red wheels came from a Ferrari, chassis number 001S, spyder body attributed to Allemano... it's one of the first 166 and one of the first Ferrari ever (!!!!)... they were substituted by spoked wheels by the current owner to have the ASI certification (italian certification for historical vehicles).
The year 1951 is in the entry list of the car for "Le Mitiche Sport a Bassano" 2012... so a reliable source I guess... and I have not found any site with other years... ???

Upon investigation it seems there was just one car, built in 1951 and altered in various ways down the years.
So point added and puzzle solved.  Well done.

This is what the car looks like now:
