What's this, by whom and based on what - for 1 point?:

It's called the Atomic Punk. Built by a man named Aaron Grote in (I believe) 2008. It has a bunch of elements from several cars, but I think it was built off of a 1959 Plymouth.

Am I missing any details??? Tell me if so!
