Post by: DeAutogids on September 17, 2013, 10:12:53 AM: The car stems from a joint venture between the Liuzhou Machinery Works and the Guangxi Glass and Steel Machinery Factory and they were made in the city of Liuzhou in the province of Guangxi. My source tells that it is from 1995 or 1996, as it has the updated front. Disai means something like "Enlightened Racer". The problem with this car was that it was only allowed to be driven in the province it was build as it did not get permission from the central government.

The website gives the impression that most of them were commercial vehicles and there may only be this one saloon which was built.

Which I explained as being the 1995 update. In 1996 Disai stopped making cars.
