Do you really like them? IMO, they are really unbalanced and not so elegant compared with other contemporary cars (also from Revelli himself).

I don't find them attractive, no. But they are interesting, and it's always difficult to criticise a design from another era from our point of view. We know now the direction design took, but this was wartime and it has to be seen in context. The position of the lights and the front, for instance, could only be Italian and foresaw the future; British cars of the period would all have featured separate headlamps stuck on stalks!
Even geniuses like Revelli di Beaumont went up blind allies sometimes.
