based on the Jensen 541. The Original 541 came with a 4 liter Austin 6 cylinder engine.

541:built 1955-'59
541-R: built 1958-'60, special bonnet -bulges (like the Mercedes 300-SL)
541-S: built 1960-'63

You've got the fact that this car is based around a Jensen 541, but you haven't really grasped exactly what it is.
Since its base is quite obvious I won't lock it, but I need much more and accurate detail.

Is this the 1957 Jensen 541R that reached America as a straight six, but was converted the same year to Corvette power (327/375hp) and a Muncie 4 spd, by Najarian Auto Sports of Boston?

Jensen 541R (UUX 400) body shortened and widened by Bell Classics in Luton on a TVR 350i chassis and running gear. I believe work in progress early 2011.

No...

..because this is correct.
It's been shortened to make a more sporty 2-seater on TVR chassis with TVR engine, probably from a Cerbera but it doesn't say.
Here are some sketches; it looks reminiscent of a Ferrari 250GT or Zagato Aston-Martin to me..
Interesting car.
