ZAZ prototype

And it's 1 point to pnegyesi.
The car was on display at a museum in the Ukraine and was simply described on the site as a ZAZ Sports Prototype.
As for the Phaeton name, it seems a bit silly for a vehicle like this but then it doesn't seem to belong to the car next to it either!  Can you come up with a bit more on that PJ and maybe I can give you a point too?

I think the sign in my picture belongs to the SMZ next to the ZAZ, you can read 'SMZ S3-D' there.
I have a set of pics of the puzzle car and where i took them it was called 'Phaeton' but since I've got more than 2000 files to sort there, I left that way.

If my memory serves me right, the club is called Phaeton. Let me check

It makes perfectly sense, because the word 'Phaeton' on the sign seems like the heading of it.

The concept car also known as "New Gorbaty". It was built in the period from 2001-2003. The ZAZ 1102 «Tavria»-based prototype now is in the car museum "Phaeton" ("Фаэтон") in Zaporozhye (Запорожье), Ukraine.
