2000 Jensen C-V8 Concept, I think only one ever built. I´m not realy sure, but I think the "C" stands for Coupe.
Sometimes it´s called Jensen S V8, but I think the "S" stands for Spyder.

Yes, that's correct.
It is the projected coupé version of the S-V8 convertible of which a dozen or two were made before the project folded, with just this one coupé made.
