It should be Lancia D24 chassis "R0002", a replica by Luciano Basso built in 1990.

You've got the right car OK but there's a bit more info about the builders to be supplied, for which this puzzle is locked for you.
As far as I can gather only 2 of the original cars survive, though I don't know how many were made, and then there are these 4 'recreations' as they are called rather than 'replicas'..

These are, I believe, original ones:

The car was built by Luciano Basso, official restorer of Lancia Museum, and Guido Rosani, son of a Lancia director in the 50s...
That's was I found about the builders...

That's was I found about the builders...

That's it, yes.
Apparently they used all the original drawings to recreate these cars so that they were as authentic as recreations can be.
They were built during the 1980s rather than in 1990.
