What's this and who was the builder (if any were ever built..) - for 1 point?

Canadian Auto Fiber (CAF) was incorporated in 1969 to build buggies and the Scavenger Gr6 (that I suspect was a kit-car from UK). They were from Ottawa and founders were John Cook and a certain Mike K.

Do you mean GR6 like Group Six from the UK?

Nope...this one predates the Group Six.
I wrote UK, but I meant USA...it's just my idea but I think it could be an American kit-car. (Avenger/Scavenger?).
