I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused.  If I understand your answer, the chassis is Belgian, but not Imperia. However, you say that the body is not French (which has already been established), but I had submitted the coachbuilder as Snutzel which is Belgian.

oops, sorry, the coachbuilder is not from Belgium either. But yes, the chassis was sourced from Belgium
