Another giveaway Rookie point, but since this car never seems to have been posted it's time it was.
Identify it correctly for 1 point:

ANYONE FOUND GIVING ANSWERS OBTAINED BY USING GOOGLE SEARCH BY IMAGE MAY BE BANNED FOR AN INDETERMINATE PERIOD!

I remember to have read about this car in an issue of AutoItalia. It's based on the Italia.
I think they were trying to make a Ferrari NART Spyder lookalike if i remember correctly...

OK, I'm pleased to award you your first point.
It is an Italia Spyder that someone wanted to look like a 275 GTS/4 NART..
I'm sure you'll find the site pretty addictive.. most of us do and spend far too much time on it!
