Late sixties sketch, yes, but nothing to do with Bertone.

Looks more American to me . . . Chrysler, perhaps?

Boy, I would have sworn it was a Chrysler product . . . . Dodge Challenger or Plymouth Barracuda or the like. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

I believe Carnut thought you were guessing the Chrysler brand, versus a Chrysler brand.

Since he's absent, I'm going invoke my powers as an admin and extend your hold, fyrline, until Carnut can comment / answer.

Ah, OK. Thanks. I still think it's a MoPar product, although I think the 60's (even the late 60's) may be a little early. And I'm thinking the car has more Barracuda overtones than Challenger. It's a nice-looking design, in any case. Time for some more looking, I'll have a definite guess later tonight if Carnut allows me that leeway.

Never mind - I believe I've found it. It's labeled as a 1972 'Cuda (Plymouth Barracuda) proposal. It's on a page full of very neat designs, some of which I hope we will see on this forum. Too bad Chrysler didn't pursue this styling theme . . . Maybe Plymouth would still be around!

Thanks Otto, that's exactly what I meant!

And you've got the car right fyreline: it's a 1969 proposal for the 1972 Plymouth Barracuda.
But you still haven't answered the 'who did it?' question so I'll keep it locked for you answer that last question and earn the point..

We should start a Samsen gallery in the featured image sections - we've had a nice subset of his work as puzzles to-date.

Wonderful art work indeed though I reckon he took not the right ellipse template for the rear wheel...
