Prototype mid engine kit car designed for GM powertrain(based on the Blaze(VW kit car). QCE Exotic Automobiles 2229 Pelican Dr. Grove, Ok. Photo I share, shows slight body variations on the production version vs your prototype photo. Your prototype, had a small mention, in 1994 kit car illustated(the builders authority).

Yes, it's a QCE Blaze, but as you say it's not quite the same car as the one you have pictured.
So what is its full and correct name (very obvious and easy!) for that point?

QCE Spyder. It was Navajo white/cream colored in the kit car article, as I remember.
