Since the Speedster was effectively a 356, and I can see no reason why anyone would rebody an RSK, I'll guess it's a 550 ?

Indeed that's the car.
It was originally raced at Sebring in 1957 but apparently was badly damaged when the trailer it was being carried on rolled over!  It was rebuilt by Nadeau Bourgeault for George Keck with this new, lower body in 1958.  Below are some more pictures of it.
Apparently it still exists and is raced but now has a Corvair engine!
