It's the Turbotraction II, based on Porsche 924, built by Touring Superleggera, it takes inspiration from Spirou car.
For 1 point what is this car and when was it built?
According to some info I found, it was built by Carrozzeria Granturismo in Milan (als15 can tell us more ) and not by Touring.
On April 21st 2006 the exclusive rights for the Touring Superleggera brand were acquired by the Zeta Europe BV group, a company headed by the Dutch CEO Paul V.J.Koot. Zeta Europe BV also owns several other Italian companies such as Carrozzeria Granturismo and Ruote Borrani in Rozzano.
