This car is the Urbanina F. The Urbanina concept was introduced by Marquis Piero Bargagli. This particular model was built in 1971 and powered by a Bosch 24V 1kw electric motor.

All correct.
Being the convertible version though I thought this particular car had another name too; any idea what it might be?

I found a very remarkable name for this yellow box on wheels: Urbanina Torpédo. Not very applicable but perhaps this is what you want to hear.

That's not what I was looking for, no.  I believe that's just a translation of "Urbanina Roadster".
No, there were 3 different versions of the Urbanina and each had a different name.  The first was the "Primavera" ("Spring") and this is the second one, referring to it being a convertible.
Read the article fully where you saw the 'Torpédo' name and I believe you'll find it!

Then it must be Quattro Stagioni = Four Seasons. Sounds like a pizza, but indicaties that the car is suitable whole year round.

Thanks, my Italian has much improved today

Only 1 more Rookie ID to go.
Choose it carefully!

(Of course it could be on any board - it doesn't have to be the Rookies'...)
