In the early 40s the company of engineer Sverre Hagen from Hamar, Norway built this electric three-wheeler for the road and a 4-wheeler model to be used on railways. The cars were meant for railway inspection.

Indeed so.  I thought this one would be quite hard to track down, but it seems not..!
