That looks incredibly like the 1952 Ferrari 340 America of Giannino Marzotto, but something tells me it isn't......

Because it's a 1951 Ferrari 212 Export bodied by Fontana. (It was misidentified on another site.....but it's typical of the weird bodywork specified by the Marzotto brothers. They used to race in business suit and tie, hugely wealthy motoring enthusiasts rather than pro drivers)
