1964 Viking I from Argentina. This car didnīt actually existed, it was advertised as a real car made La Carreta S.A. but it later turn out to be a scam.

Absolutely right.  This car never existed!
Apparently an advert appeared in Argentinian newspapers in mid 1964 advertising this revolutionary car with GRP body and a 1.5 litre Peugeot engine for a temptingly low price, announcing it had the support of a well-known car magazine.  Soon that magazine denied having driven the car, and the Federal Police investigated the case as no-one could find any factory!  It's not known what happened to the perpetrators of the scam or how much money was made and lost out of it!
