A quick point goes to CrazyAutopuzzler!

I actually have it as being constructed in 1954.  A cropped rear-view in a previous puzzle also mentions 1954.

After more research, 1959 may be a correct year.  Enrique Rocchetto started building the car in 1954, and finished in 1959.

Aaagh - I can scrub this from my file of future puzzles now..

Actually it has appeared before so might be a repost..  I'll look into it.

Edit:  Only as one of the pictures in Allemano's 'Little Fury Fins' puzzle, not as a puzzle in its own right.
