triumph tr4 base?
No!

The body is resting on wooden/metal beams, so it's probably old and rotten. A GRP body would not need support. Yet you say it has a "base" car.
Is this a rebodied car from a previous era ?

No, as far as I know it's a kit.

Yes. I was surprised at the lack of enterprise shown on this one! The answer was right there on the same site as another Solved puzzle!
But what is it based on?

based on Beetle chassis?
The English part of the site does indeed say this is a GRP-bodied Ford Falcon on a beetle chassis.
But I wonder if it in fact refers to the car pictured? I don't think so, as that doesn't look much like a Ford Falcon to me.
And who would make a GRP-bodied Ford Falcon?
In fact translating the Dutch it merely says that this wreck has been sitting on the street for 2 years and is now almost completely dismantled. The neighbours were getting a bit cross about it..!
So I don't think they really know what it is at all and the guy is writing (in English) about something not pictured..
But it's what it says, so I've given you a point and will call it a Beetle-based Falcon (?) kit car I think; unless someone can show otherwise?!
