That front wing really looks like a BMW 507 ! Meanwhile, back in reality, is it anything to do with Tornado Cars ?

No, it's neither a BMW nor a Tornado..

It  looks really similar to one of the Aston Martin DB3S Coupes which the works built and then abandoned due to stability problems. But there are differences...... is it a customised variant ?

This seems to be DB3S/113, this picture was shown in Supercar Classics March 1990. It was built 1955, registered SXD9. The first owner specified the rear wheel arch spats and the chrome strip on the side.

It was supplied new to Max Aitken , presumably THE Max Aitken who was Lord Beaverbrook and head of Daily Express newspapers. He didn't specify the embellishments, but had the body altered to the state in the puzzle photo after a trip to Europe. Apparently the sculpted sides of the original design caught too much mud and road dirt. I believe this car has now been fitted with an open body. Pity.

PS Wheels are from a DB2/4. All the chrome and spats were fitted at the same time as the faired-in wings were done. The car as delivered from new was SO much nicer.

That's right car, yes.
It's important to answer all the questions posed in order to win the point, but since it is only a game I'll be generous and give you one for getting that part of the answer.

But I'll also give a point to nicanary for filling in the rest of the details!

Yhose little rear wheel spats are strange aren't they?  I can't recall another car with spats like that - but that doesn't signify much!

It didn't always have them..

Here are some more pictures of the car perhaps from a little later (or earlier?!):
