Now THAT'S what I call a handsome car. The body reminds me of the later HWM cars, but it's LHD so I'm wasting my time thinking along those lines. I hate to ask this, but is it a modern replica ?

No, it's a genuine period car.  No HWM connection though..

The Jim Collins Special - a Devin SS with Chevrolet 350 power. Front and rear subframes are from a Jaguar E=Type . Now that car is REALLY nice.  8)

That's the car, yes.
I wasn't quite right when I said it was a genuine period car.  The body is of course from about 1958 but Jim Collins has only relatively recently created the car with its Chevy power and Jaguar chassis.
1 point for you!

Should be a real beauty when it's finished; I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of it!
