Usually wheels are a good clue, but without hubcaps is more difficult. I thought to a Fiat Topolino derived, but the edge of the wheels is different. Anyway, is this car italian?

It's not Italian - ergo it can't be a Fiat!

It's German, yes, but nothing to do with Kleinschnittger.

It's the DKW Sport Special of Bart Mooij of the Netherlands. It was based on a pre-war DKW F8, although it carried Auto-Union badges. It had a steel body and what was thought to be hood (bonnet) and doors in alloy. Detachable hardtop and plexiglass sidescreens.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

And there isn't much I can add to that except that it was powered by a two-stroke DKW engine and its Dutch registration was BX-57-06.

To clarify: Bart Mooij was just the owner in 1965, not the builder.
