In the most part of the sources I found, the quiz car is actually described just as Donosti; otherwhere it's called Donosti 3 litre tourer. The only source that added a proper model name, reported T94; but I don't know if it is correct.
The history of this car, anyway, is well known: In San Sebastian (Donostia region), there was a Garage, called Garage International, n.7 Vial del Ategorrieta, Gipuzkoa (Royal Family's place for summer holidays) owned by Mr. Manero and Mr. Mendiburu, who sold different kind of luxury cars and parts. They were friends of Mr. Leon Garnier, dealer of Hispano Suiza; in first '20 they decided to build a their own car and began to project a new aluminium engine, based on several Hispano SUiza parts. The engine, 6c,3962cc with IRZ carburator and Bosch magneto, was ready in 1925 and was displayed in Garage's window for some time. At the beginning of 1926 that engine was mounted on a boat; perhaps the project of the car had a momentaneous stop.
The car, whose body was realized by a local coachbuilder, was ready in 1928, and in July 25th, took part at Lasarte Gran Prix. The car is now at Salamanca Museum.
