Pretty sure there isn't no.
I believe it's just a home-built one-off; someone's vision of beauty....!
I don't know a great deal about it to be honest despite searching endlessly for info.
I know its motive power and its name, so that's all I'm looking for.

No joke, I was just about to submit this same car as my own Puzzle.
This is called the Tover Rover.
I'll provide more info shortly.

Ok, well, a New Zealander by name of Don Flowers built this car over a multi-year period using a Hilux van chassis and a Rover 3.5-liter V8.  The theme was definitely function over form, and it apparently performs quite impressively.

Here's an interior pic.
I guess if you're endeavoring upon building a two-seat roadster on a Hilux van chassis with a Rover V8, you probably don't have very many ready-made kits in the handy fiberglass catalog.  I wonder though: why that particular combination?
