It is indeed, yes.
The Prince was an up-date of the old Family Three and was more sophisticated and car-like, being 12 inches longer, with proper bucket seats, glass winding windows and two-tone paintwork.
Unfortunately the days of this kind of car were numbered with the coming of the Mini in 1959, and in 18 months of supposed production it's believed a maximum of 3 cars were built, although probably only 1 was actually sold!
So, a rare puzzle solved by a Rookie! Well done Mr Scharroo!

Thanks for that.
And here's a B&W picture with slightly more adornment on the front, different wheel trims, a chrome front bumper and windscreen wipers!
Proof that more than one was made?
And the door windows still look like sliding plastic to me, despite what they were supposed to be at the car's launch and which I repeated above...

And here's a brochure illustration from the very end of Frisky production. In 1961 production was taken over by Petbow Ltd of Sandwich, Kent, and the following year Frisky Spares and Service Ltd was set up at Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey, and all remaining stock was transferred there.
Though their main concern was spares and repairs, they would theoretically supply you with a complete car, or a kit for you to build, though whether they ever actually did so is debatable.
The brochure car has detailed differences at the front, including overriders on the bumper, and seemingly only one windscreen wiper. It carries a London registration number, but whether it is a genuine road-going car or a mock-up cobbled together from their stock of spare parts is anybody's guess.

Thanks. A 4-seater eh?! Elegant, economical, roomy and reliable..? Hmmm.
What's that thing behind the right over-rider? Looks like a police bell or a horn?!
