You say it is easy, but it is quite a generic. Let's say middle east (by the looks of the people in the picture)

I've been looking for electric vehicles lately. You too? It's supposedly a Gaza-made "taxi" or at least made by a taxi-driver (A Mr. Munzer Al-Kasas) from Gaza. It is made of scraps and is hardly faster then a pushbike if at all!
