It was a Ford Mustang II styling proposal from the late 70's, one of Ghias I think

To add the information I already had on this car, it may be called Mustang II (probably) or III.  Ghia was definitely involved, and it is based upon a FWD Ford Fiesta.  The pictures I have, indicate it was created in 1976.
