I've an article about this car and many pics. In one of those there is this woman with Mr Mackerle and I can presume she was his wife ('usmėvā' can't be translated with google  :-\).
take your time for your guess, I'd prefer to award the point to the person who find the car rather to who will get 2 letters right!  ;)

A well deserved point for you.
(I like when puzzles are solved like that... I know sometimes it is impossible but in this case there was a trail to follow.)
