I think this is the current version of the WSM Sprite that is built by Douglas Wilson Sprat's son.

I feel a bit guilty here - WSM Sanction 2 , built by Tony Wilson-Spratt and Paul Woolmer. The date would be circa 2009/10, as the company was established in 2008.

(If the moderators think I've "taken advantage" here, I'm willing to refuse the point) I could be wrong anyway!

That is indeed what it is, as you do of course mean that it is one of the newly-built cars.
In fact it is No. 2, completed in 2012 (but I like the period registration number!) and belonging to Lorraine Noble-Thompson.  The picture was taken at the meeting celebrating 50 years of WSM cars in September 2012.

I've given the point to oswald as he got there first.  You are a bit wrong on the date anyway and the only difference is that you mentioned Tony W-S and Paul Woolmer.  Better luck next time!

I just learned that the donor car for this particular Sanction II was a Mk 1 MG Midget...!
