Just for the record, I was not climbing on targhediferro's answers, I had those answers several days ago.
I got up at 0520 and saw the posts were moved and since there was no action on the forum decided to make coffee before I answered.  T then posted while I was away.

As my answers were just a little more complete, I just went ahead and posted them.
Next time, the coffee will just have to wait.

Understood but I didn't actually ask for the coachbuilder - I wanted to be told it was advertising the 1939 Chevrolet models, which Bill gave me!

The other one went your way so I'm happy I was fair.
