Last one of this batch.
I don't think it's been posted as an individual puzzle before so for one point name the marque, type of engine, year and coachbuilder.

The poste light is a Fiat 500's one, but it's certainly non original. Is perhaps a Jowett by Farina?

Looking at the wheels my first thought was Aston Martin as well, but the car looks smaller, but definitively from the '50. So I go for Frazer Nash, body by ???... Vignale ?

Coachwork is by Rocco Motto on a homebuilt chassis (previously on Frazer Nash Le Mans Replica chassis 421/100/112).

Yes that's correct but I still had the chassis as Frazer Nash!
LOCKED for you to explain who built the chassis (I don't know) and the story behind this car.....

Chassis 112 was rebodied as a coupe by CA-MO in 1954 - this body was removed in 1980, the car was rebuilt as a Le Mans Replica (as originally built) by Crosthwaite & Gardiner with a body by Peels of Surbiton.

In the mid-'80s the Motto body was put onto a home-made chassis and fitted with a Rolls Royce 4-litre engine from a Vanden Plas Princess (apparently by someone called David Brown from Lincoln).

That's very interesting Trommel and you certainly deserve the point for that information.
I suppose it would be fair to call this car now a 1980s Brown Special with a Rolls-Royce 4-litre engine and a Motto body from 1954.

Here are two photos of the car -
