Hi Fabrizio:

This car should be something called "Albanita" which was a General Motors styling/technical exercise in the 1933/1934 time period.

Believe me, I am not so clever at these prototype cars but I ran across this when doing research on the "X-Car/Martia 1" question of a week or so ago.
