Someone has made a scale model of this?  What on earth for?!

It's in H0 scale and made by a French company. I've seen several examples of it. Why? Because it is something else. You also have to Kiosk-miniatures of 1:43 2CV cars in thousands of shapes and colours. It seems there are collectors out there ready to collect anything 2CV. Yes, believe it is supposed to be the builder's idea of a 2CV Porsche!
But who was that builder and where is he situated?
