Don't worry, I am enjoying my lunch now and have a bit of time to check it. Found it quite easily now looking for Skoda and ambulance, it is a Skoda 640 Superb from around 1934-1936.

Thanks, the car looks much better than modern ambulances, with this one you 'travel' in style  :)
