Clue - the first four letters refer to the temperature and the next four to an exclamation - join them together and you have the make of the car!

Twas a Clubmans Formula car built by Bill Needham. He was pretty inventive, and came up with all sorts of one-offs, but I hadn't realised until I was looking up details that he built a twin-cam head for the BMC A-Series engine. Kudos.

Coldwell also built a GT coupe and a Group 6 sports racer that have also been featured here on AP.
