I can't recall where I have this one so I'll have to guess;
Another Peter Kirwan-Taylor design?

A Lotus? Eleven perhaps?

Scratch that, it's the Frazer-Nash V8 Le Mans car built for Paul FLetcher. Body was built by Peels.

That's the car.
Well done - another point for you.
The car was apparently entered for Le Mans but was turned down as the drivers were deemed too inexperienced.

Sadly the bodywork for this car was destroyed in the mid 1990s and the chassis was turned into yet another Le Mans Rep rep.  ::)

Cool car!

Yep! It still makes me angry that the body was deliberately scrapped purely because it was considered 'ugly' by some marque experts, and it would be more valuable as a Le Mans Rep (rep)

Does anyone have any other images of this car?

I would press criminal charges against whoever did that...!

This turns out to be a repost so this time let's ask for some different information not before posted here.
To earn the point I'll need to know not just what car this is, what powers it and who built it (all info which is available on the previous thread) but also what is its chassis number, when and where did it first appear, and in what from (before this body was fitted in 1957, that is)?

Peter Kirwan Taylor was involved with this one, wasn't he?

Yes, he designed it; the cabin is almost identical to his contemporary Lotus Elite.

Okidoki. Found it.
It's a Frazer Nash Coupe, powered by the BMW V8 engine they used, bodied by the Peel brothers, probably in 1957.

Bonus points:  ;)
It used a Porsche windscreen and side windows.
It was built for racer Paul Fletcher.
It was originally grey with two crimson stripes.
It still exists but the body was scrapped to build another Le Mans rep rep.  :'(

Ah yes, but have you read my second post asking for more information?
I believe most of the above is already available on the thread the first time this car was posted here (apart from your 'bonus' information), so this time I need more information for the point.
Since you are taking the trouble to delve into this one I'll lock it for you for 28 hours to see what you can find.
