Another small clue - the two words are the forename and surname of the coachbuilder.....

Not by William Arnold I'm afraid.....
The coachbuilder of this particular car was based in London and also built bodies on Delage, Hispano Suiza, etc.

The firm was in existence in the years from c.1924 - 1929.
