I really know very little about this large saloon.

However I do have a name and year - identify those and I'll give you a point.

The 1985 Fornander Paragon Sedan.  Created by Tom Fornander at Pactran Developing Group of San Marcos, California, USA.  Based upon a stretched Toyota Cressida chassis.  Powered by a Toyota twin-cam 6-cylinder engine of 143HP.

This advertisement indicates it will be built in limited numbers.  I suspect that number is 1 or 2.

That's it - thanks for solving what was for me something of a mystery.
Another point for you.

Another one which was waiting in my queue before you posted.  Say what you will about the styling, it is difficult to detect any trace of a 1985 Cressida in that body.

The grille design was clearly heavily influenced by the late 1920's Packard.

Tom Fornander  was a contributing graphic artist for CAR & DRIVER magazine in the sixties, T. E. Fornander on the masthead.  A gentleman of many talents, including the initial BMW 5 series ad campaign, he was a true gentleman, his Swedish heritage befitting enthusiasm for SAAB.  As my next-door neighbor, there was always an interesting car in his driveway.  I have some of the original sketches for the PARAGON project, which, unfortunately, was not a successful venture.  It would have been a neat niche vehicle,...sort of a scaled down version of the Excalibur cars.  Tom is survived by his lovely wife June,  daughter Kim, son Karl, and their families. Fond memories are everlasting. May he rest in peace.                 - Mark Axen.

The title should be corrected as it seems to be Fornander rather than Fernander.
