This car is built on an A-Ford frame and engine, fitted with a Record head. Home built aluminium body.
Used in Norwegian races and nick named "Masse-rart-i" which means it was built from parts from a lot of different cars. The name sunds like Maserati but has no connection to that make.
Builder and driver was Edward Gjølberg. The car is now owned by his son, Lars

Period pictures. Just a small correction though: The car was built by Birger Knutsen and it was the fourth car he built, while the body was built by Carlson at Strømmen (I'm not sure if this refers to just the location or the coachbuilder/car manufacture that was located at Strømmen).
