I think it's quite clear that the base is a Bentley, I suppose an Mk VI...but this is obviousy not sufficient; You don't ask for the builder, so I suppose this is a one-off with a particular nick name, is it?

It's based on a Mk VI Bentley but it's not a 'one-off'.......
