I'm not sure but I think this is a Railton of the year 1935.

Peregrine by 356 Sports based on London Taxi chassis.

That car is owned by KK Wedding Services - I may have to phone them to find out when they bought it  ;D

Yes it's the Peregrine by 356 Sports - this one built in 2005.
Bizzarrini Rossa gets a point for almost answering the full question and I'll also award a point to nicanary as he pointed out that it was based on a London taxi (FX4 to be exact) and he added also the operator.
